My Dear Missionary Friend, As you relax over a bowl of rice in the clear Peruvian summer evenings, spare a thought for us bogged down in the coldest winter spell since 1963. If I would be allowed one reason, one excuse for not blogging sooner it would be because my computet is frozen! Believe you me that is not far from the truth. It has been so cold here that I had to take temporary accomodation in an appartment in Holywood (Co. Down) and have only ventured back to-day. If you think that is a far fetched excuse, wait till you here this! Ally-Banter tells me she has lost her name and can't think of another; we may never here from her again. And (my English tutor would never forgive this)now the tale to end all tales. Miss Somebody tells me her cat has eaten the lead of her hard drive. That is certainly hard luck. Ah well Roberta dear, it looks like we will have to soldier on. I suppose you are aware that Alison presented an update of the mission and the work you are involved in. It was good to watch it and it will help me in my prayers. I must say the interpretation of Goliath would frighten one into salvation. God bless you always,
please forgive me for not bloggin sooner.. newgent is constantly encourageing me to do so... but i must clarify that i did forget my password...not my name!! think im ok with that after 20 years of having it!! tho i think all is resolved now that i seem to be back in the blogging form. good to see you are stil being kept busy. hope you are enjoying fellowship with alistair and the Roycrofts. our church starts its amazing journey presentations next week in local schools... in engglish, thankfully! we just ahd a spell of hailstones there!! and it snowed this am!
